This is a compilation of our time spent in Thailand (Phuket) with family for Eid holidays. It was such a beautiful place with good food and people. Wherever we went, thankfully we had a great experience.The highlight of our trip was definitely the authentic Thai food, water sports and our trip to Phi Phi island. We traveled in a speed boat along with other passengers and our amazing tour guide Bobby who made the trip even more memorable. It lasted for half a day where we first visited the Maya Bay island in which the famous movie “The Beach” starring Leonardo Di Caprio was shot. After that, we saw the viking cave and monkey island. Later on we went to Phi Phi don island to enjoy some good lunch. We ended our trip with a visit to Kai island aka the freedom beach where we enjoyed some fresh coconut water and ice popsicles. This was definitely a trip to remember for all of us. We’re back in Phuket for a charity fundraising event organized by the Rotary Club Patong to raise funds in buying a new cooling truck. The whole experience was overwhelming (and quite intimidating) as you were rubbing elbows with the rich people. But it was all worth it all for supporting the work we do in our foundation. Check out what happened that night, and our whole trip going back to Phuket after quite some time. It definitely feels good to be back in the South of Thailand.
