Optimize My Life Present Hometown Heroes with special Guest Ron Claydon 12/26 by Optimize My Life [Video]

Our new Monday show is all about the Kindness Club / Campaign. Each month we focus on kindness and one type a week. This month considering the holiday season we are focusing on Generosity and what it means to be generous and not just doing things because you are supposed to do it or because it is the right thing to do. The type of generosity we are focusing on today is time. With children of all ages out of school because of the holidays they have lots of time on their hands to give a little time and generosity out there. We are also going to highlight individuals and their organizations that fit the theme of the week. This week we are talking to Ron Claydon the president of The Hope Collection. Joel Griffing started The Hope Collection and Optimize My Life live talk radio. The Hope Collection, a nonprofit organization that has programs that support 8 areas. Faith, family, food, housing, wellness, energy, arts and education. Its slogan is to help others by helping them help others. Ron not only believes this he lives it every day to help take you forward. Improve the quality of life across the board for them, their families, and their extended family in their communities in their regions across the country and around the globe. The Founder of The Hope Collection Joel Griffing had the approach and viewpoint that giving is the best gift in life. That is a pay it forward kind of approach. You are building people to build people and their lives, their neighborhoods, their families. Ron continues this philosophy today in volunteer work he does at home and with The Hope Collection. He doesn’t think twice about offering to give someone a ride if they do not have a car. Mentors anyone that asks and is always available to talk if you just need someone to listen.
