We were the first national voice for older adults. We helped end mandatory retirement. We advocated to secure Medicare, Medicaid, and the Older Americans Act. Local organizations turned to us for support as they served older adults every day. And we built digital tools that empower older adults with knowledge. Now, we’re stepping forward to do even more. Americans are living longer, but far too many are being left behind without the resources to age with dignity. We’re changing that. We believe aging well is something every American deserves—regardless of gender, color, sexuality, income, or ZIP code. We deliver the resources, tools, best practices, and advocacy our nation needs to ensure that every person can age with health and financial security. Visit us at https://www.ncoa.org/Please Donate. Organizational psychologist John Amaechi has said that the best way to understand a culture is to examine the worst behaviors that it will tolerate. In this conversation with Adam Grant, he explains how our collective inaction around behaviors we profess to find unacceptable is a sign of how much progress we still need to make – and how a little effort consistently applied could go a long way to closing that gap. Slowly but surely, the European travel market began to mount its recovery in 2021. After dipping to just 64% of its 2019 size in 2020, gross bookings climbed a projected 31% in 2021. Still limited by new waves of coronavirus infections and rapidly changing travel restrictions, an immediate and robust return to travel failed to materialize. However, projected double-digit gains for the next several years are indicative of overall strong optimism for the region’s travel market.Get the full report, Europe Travel Market Report 2021-2025:https://www.phocuswright.com/Travel-Research/Market-Overview-Sizing/Europe-Travel-Market-Report-2021-to-2025
